Is there anyway to preview clips in Resolume 2.2 before they're output to screen/projector? I know you can right-click clips and set them up, but it doesn't preview playback in the window. I would also like to preview the effect of FFT data on clips before setting live. Is this possible?

    preview matrix

    hey there jbuzz235!

in the advanced settings of the screen setup dialog, you can configure what you want to see on each monitor. if you have two (one with the GUI and one with the output) u should try out the preview matrix option. but it also would be possible to run more than two monitors and therefore specify the output for each of them.
    hope i could help...

    have fun,

It's obvious, but if you click on the little eye present in the File section, then you get a little preview of each clip you click on.

    Doesn't show any effect, though.
